When will I get my order?

Orders will be processed and sent out within 2 business days. Please read our shipping page to see delivery timeframes for your order.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We are working on that! For the moment, we are only offering shipping across Australia & New Zealand. 

We are still working on finding the most sustainable shipping partner for international deliveries. We hope to offer a flat rate on international shipping in 2023. In the meantime, please reach out via email if you are based internationally and we can work out the best way to get your special pieces to you.

Do you offer local pick up?

We do! You can select this at check out & collection details will be sent to you after you've placed your order. Our studio is located in Fitzroy North & pick up will be typically available within 1 - 2 business days.

Can I swap something I've been gifted?

You sure can, as long as the jewellery has not been worn and is in perfect condition. This excludes earrings for hygiene reasons. You can read more about our exchange and returns policy here

Where do you source your beads from?

Many different places! We support many local bead stores. We suggest getting to know your local bead shop, they are a treasure trove of ideas and interesting beads that you won't come across everyday. 

Asides from our local bead shops, we also source from the USA, Japan and New Zealand.

Where is your jewellery made?

Each piece of jewellery is designed and handmade with a great deal of love and intention in Fitzroy North, Melbourne. 

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! Our jewellery is packaged in a branded and certified FSC gift box with a padded inner for safe storage of your jewels. We can also add a personalised note to your order, simply leave your message in your order notes.

Can I place a custom order?

We are offering custom orders on three necklace styles. You can find out more about the custom process here

You are always welcome to get in contact via email to chat about any other custom pieces. I am always up for a chat, but can't promise anything especially during peak times such as Christmas. 

Do you wholesale?

How do I look after my jewellery?

Can you repair my jewellery?

That's a yes. Sometimes replacing a clasp or swapping out a loved, but damaged pearl can sure up the lifespan of your jewellery. Bad luck also happens to good jewellery owners, to read up on how repairs work, head here 

How often do you release new styles?

We hope to release 2 collections a year, with smaller indent ranges scattered throughout. You can keep up to date with any new styles via our newsletter and Instagram
