We want you to be happy.
EXCHANGES
Let's chat if something is not quite right. We've all been there, you buy something online and you thought you loved it but maybe you should've gone with the other style. For change of mind purchases, you can swap your piece for another, but you'll have to cover shipping both ways. The jewellery needs to be packed in the original packaging and sent back in perfect condition via tracked Aus Post for the exchange to be processed.
Same goes if you were gifted a piece and perhaps prefer a different style. Get in touch via email & we can get the exchange happening. Change of mind returns need to be organised within 7 days of receiving your order.
We can't offer exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons, so please get in contact with any questions about the piece before you purchase it.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare case that your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, you can choose between a refund, exchange or a store credit. We would love the opportunity to make good on the purchase though, as a lot of time, care and intention goes in to each piece. But being a human means making mistakes occasionally, so get in touch as soon as you receive your piece and send any photos so we can see what went wrong.
REPAIRS
You take great care of your things, you even store your jewellery the box it came in when you're not wearing it. You remove it to swim, shower, sauna and sleep, just like we suggested. But then your little human gives you the biggest hug and on the way back down to the floor, yanks your necklace right off its clasp. Why do they do this to us?! Now you have a necklace in pieces and there's tiny glass beads and maybe some pearls, rolling around everywhere. Not ideal!
I can repair this for you, but it'll be case by case. First step is to gather your busted jewellery together, including the clasp. Then get in touch and send some photos of the damage. The cost of repair will depend on if I need to replace any hardware (clasps/chains) and any material replacements (for missing stones/beads). You'll also need to cover the cost of shipping both ways. Get in touch via email to get this process underway!
